Avis Vereeniging Branch

Good day, i would like to place a review about Avis car rental in Vereeniging. A vehicle was delivered to me by Avis Vereeniging on 23/05/2018 and I paid a deposit and the vehicle was again picked up by Avis Vereeniging on 28/05/2018 in good condition and according to Avis policy and all costs for delivery was arranged by my insurance company. According to Avis policy my deposit was going to be paid back by the store manager within 7 to 10 working days. I contacted the branch manager after10 working days and she wasnt helpfull at all so I escalated the matter to my insurance company. Today is the 18th of June and my deposit has still not been paid back and no contact has been **** from the Avis Vereeniging branch. I am very dissapointed with the fact that Avis expects you to comply with their strickt policys but they dont comply with their own policy and procedures. Very dissapointed Customer indeed
