Avis vehicle rental

The Pinetown branch forwarded all the documents to finance on time the ppl there dont want to do their job. Worst service ever they drop the call at head office even when you are still speaking to them. They refuse to return my deposit. the lady that works there is so *********** she even says it herself. They agreed to return the deposit within 6 to10 working days but still the money is not in my account. the vehicle was returned on the 25 Sept 2024 When you return their vehicles 10mins late they charge you a full day. but they can keep your deposit for weeks. Spoke to Brownwyn from Finance and Thoko Nkosi Head office. Worst service ever they don't deserve even one star.
