AVIS vehicle rental

<p>Due to an accident, we hired a vehicle</p> <p>Due to an accident we hired a vehicle twice with AVIS via our insurance. This was in May and August 2016. I immediately contacted Nomusa Dangazela a traffic fine administrator with AIS who assured me that both fines were resolved. Then on 19/06/2017 I receive a an sms notification of a summons for a R1000 fine. I have been dealing now with Pakiso Phasha since June 2017 with no success as Nomusa is on maternity leave and I am getting nowhere. I will have to apply for a day's annual leave an plead my case on 28/09/2017 to the prosecutor all at my expense so the fine can be removed from my name. This all because AVIS administration cannot get their act together. I have never been this dissatisfied with service and I will never make use of the brand an never recommend it to anyone.</p>
