Avis Vehicle Damages Con

I hired a vehicle from Avis Sunninghill and was shown the vehicle before hiring and unbeknown to me a scratch had been made underneath the front bumper. The employee at Avis had mentioned that there was a scratch on the front bumper, but the extent of the scratch hidden underneath the vehicle was not brought to my attention. I returned the vehicle and another employee showed me the extent of the damage under the vehicle, which I was completely unaware of. I pleaded with Avis to resolve the issue and check their previous records for prior scratches, which they did not and they debited R2300 off my card. The unprofessional service and nature of the incident has left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend using this company at all.
