Avis valet service and toll fees ****

After returning my rental on 03/03/2023 to Avis Menlyn, after a two months rental, I was informed that I had to pay for a valet service of R600! I do admit that there was a little dust on the carpets, but ALL rentals returned goes through their wash bay anyway, and all that the car needed, was a vacuum, something it was going to get anyway! The going rate for a wash and vacuum (if not part of the normal rental return process) is R100. I feel this is a money making scheme from Avis!

Further to that, I used the car 4 times, going through the same toll gate. My total toll charges should have been R72, instead I was charged R143!
