Avis using my credit card details **********ly

I rented a car from Avis Isando and kept getting sms from my bank of Avis deducting charges off my credit card that were not mine. My bill has been paid for my rental but Avis still deducted another R5000 off my credit card **********ly. Avis admitted that my credit card details was also written on other customers invoices that came in on the same day. Avis is guilty of negligence and gross incompetence with my credit card details. This has caused me severe stress with their ********** deductions. I am still waiting to be paid back the monies. I do not ever want to use Avis again.
