AVIS - UNSTOPPABLE ***** - With no recourse

Hired a car from Avis for 4 days

On returning the car to OR tambo at 4 am - I was met by a representative that looked over the car with me - There was absolutely no damage on the car. 12 hours later I get a message from AVIS saying that they have found damage on the drivers door of the car and they say they are charging me R4000 to repair it, I promptly asked for pictures of the Damage, because surely the representative and I would have seen it. They told me they have no pictures and proceeded to charge me R5000 on my credit card,

I have spoken to their customer service department and asked them to call me to sort it out - Nothing, They just rob you and there is no way of arguing this obviuosly ********** claim,
