Avis unauthorized deductions

1. Rented a car via my insurance. After leaving the branch they take an unauthorized amount from my account and when I return they say it was a mistake and it shall be reversed in 48 hours.

2. When my insurance courtesy car period elapsed I opted to extend use of the Avis car and was asked to pay upfront for the days I want. Agreed. When I returned the vehicle they deducted another unauthorized amount on top of it.

3. After receiving the invoice. I get another deduction which is supposed to go the insurance.

I was left baffled and broke at the time.
