I have gave avis an opportunity to make amends for their incorrect charging of my car rental. I have returned my rental car within the agreed contract. On my return , a avis representative checked the vehicle and took the keys from me. I have been charged for extra days and for a incorrect vehicle. Avis has taken R4k from my credit card that is on budget, I am paying interest on this. My rental should be R1400. I have pleaded with the cape town international supervisors but till today I have heard nothing and feel helpless and ******

I have noted your response. I have contacted the branch directly on 17/12/2025, spoke to Clayton, to speed up the process. Interest will accumulate daily and I have almost 3k less available to me. This is not fair
