Avis *****ulent business conduct.

I recently rented a courtesy vehicle from Avis as part of my short term insurance policy at Outsurance. After 6 weeks the repair shop let me know that I can collect my vehicle, upon collecting inspection of my vehicle it became apparent that both Outsurance and the repair shop's assessors missed an electronic part that was still faulty. The repair shop informed me that I can take the vehicle but should not drive it until the additional repairs were approved by Outsurance, this process were long and tedious to say the least. Avis demanded that I have to return the vehicle immediately as I am not allowed to have 2 vehicles. I contacted Avis and explained the situation and that I can not drive use my own vehicle until the additional repairs were done. I requested to take the issue up with a manager in their call center, she insisted that I am not allowed to have both vehicle even thou mine weren't roadworthy. She was very rude and arrogant. I returned the rental vehicle on the same day before 16h00 as per their demand. Take into consideration that I only made use of the courtesy vehicle after six weeks of the date of the accident. On returning the rental Avis assessed the vehicle and accused me of a ship in the windscreen. They now Charge me R 4834.00 to repair the chip. (Luckily I have a video showing the chip being present when I collected the vehicle) Keep in mind that the rental vehicle is a Suzuki S-Presso, the cost of a chip repaid seems to be very exorbitant. Their employee that assessed the so called accident damage confirmed on record that the repair cost of a window chip would be R80.00. Due to the suspect behavior of Avis I'll now seek restitution by way of litigation, to my advantage the family law firm will not cost me a cent in my pursuit to expose their *****ulent conduct. As standard all my calls are recorded in the same way they do when one contact their customer service. I reserve my rights and will share the nature of the cases that Ill be bringing against this company. I intend to take this as far as is necessary to ensure that justice prevail. To be clear I am not doing this for financial compensation but only to expose their corporate culture.
