I have really heard terrible stories about Avis and Service but after my service and resolution with Avis Tygervalley, I realised it takes really an employee who takes customer service serious to sort out customers' complaints and queries. Mbali Hlungwani has really proven to take care of customers and this is not the first time. She is efficient, communicates and advises accordingly. Thank you so much for your help in my time of frustrations Mbali. You really give excellent customers service. When we talk about customer service heroes, you are amongst those giants. Thank you so much! I won't stop using Avis because of how you respect customers.
