Avis transactions a total mess

This new system by Avos pf retaning multiple deposits is a mess and inconsiderate on customers. I have one rental, they decided to retain two seperate deposits, why I don’t know. After these two deposits they transact the final invoice as a seperate transaction, why not bank from the fubds you are retaining like before? It baffles me then they don’t release the deposit they are retaining and when you contact them the parrot the same untrue nonsense. As the withholding party you have to bank or release the transaction not the customers bank. I’ve had this done by Avis many times but only after I complain. Why not make this part of the standard procedure. Now I am out of pocket because of this nonsense.
