Avis took my R7500

<p>I absolutely despise Avis car rental. I have completely lost track of my money in my account because of Avis. I rented a car for a month in June....the rental cost about R9500 that they took for my account including the holding fee. When I returned the car after the lease period they took R1188 for the extra 2 days I had driven the car. The next day they took another R7500 even after closing and settling that lease. Now I am fighting to get my account audited to get my money back and its impossible to get through to the sandton branch telephonically. I am so fed up with Avis. I hate them! </p>
