Avis - Tommy Bekker rude

My 1st accident required the use of the AVIS rental. Nobody at avis explained that I would be in breach if I didn't return the vehicle after 30 days. I was under the impression that I can return it when my repairs are done at the panel beater.

I don't appreciate the way in which the avis investigator Tommy Bekker spoke to me, and least of all the way he threatened my wife on a separate phone call. He is a rude individual. His approach was so unprofessional, I can think of many ways to speak to your customers. As a business owner I would not have such a person representing my brand, the impact of reputational damage is unbecoming.
