AVIS Threatening and Extremely poor Quality services

Good day I have to say without a doubt that I have never been treated so poorly by a vehicle rental agency in my life! I have emails, Phone Calls and SMS even with Patricia the Branch manager of AVIS Isando confirming that the Abuse, Harassments and extremely poor Quality service is completely unacceptable.

I never received an Invoice for my Rental vehicle, but I definitely received threats and harassments from Tommy Bekker of their Forensics department and now a demand to pay a bill of over R9800.00???!!!

I need answers as to why this is allowed and why any customer must endure this? There are Panel beaters and service people that are used by SANTAM and they all had the same opinion about AVIS Isando.

This company should honestly get major replacement of staff starting with management and if they are not capable of reforming into a quality customer oriented company they should please close their doors and disappear as they are by far no where near Quality standards as a company.
