Avis Third-Party Claim – Unfair Handling

On 24 Jan 2026, my car was hit by an Avis vehicle. I was not at fault, yet the insurer is only offering 80% of repair costs with no evidence of liability. They also used the wrong vehicle year (2021 instead of 2025), ignored my three physical repair quotes, and re**** on a digital assessment (which offered me less than half the submitted quotes). The claims negotiator (Tebogo Tshabalala) even said he is “in the business of saving money”, showing clear bias. See you on LinkedIn should this matter not be resolved soon

Your claims department is rejecting my calls, I have been calling and I keep on being redirected. Is that the escalation and urgent attention?? Please give me an email address of Tebogo's boss and their boos. I'm tired of this back and fourth
