If I could give you less than a zero rating I definitely would. To my dismay I was given one of your vehicles to drive through my car manufacturer as they were waiting for parts to fix my car. On the day the vehicle was delivered to me the tank was not full then Ernest(not his fault) dared to advise that I need to return the vehicle with a full tank, so I took a photo of the fuel level knowing that this will become a problem. I contacted you Soweto branch and advised Matshepo of the situation and I was told that it is fine that I return the vehicle the way I got it and luckily this call was recorded as well. Upon the advise I received I returned the vehicle the exact way I got it. So on 10 May 2022 you have the audacity to deduct fuel charges amounting to R675 from my account. I sent the photos of the fuel level and the deposit slip to you and NOTHING happened... This morning you refund me an amount of R560. 45 which is short of the amount you stole from my account and by the way I still have not been refunded my deposit.. I have contacted your head office and received NO SERVICE at all and I can say the same for your Soweto branch. So I feel that it is only fair to call you ******* and to advise any person thinking of renting a vehicle from you to not do so and to rather use another company.
