Avis - They do NOT try harder

I checked the cost for renting a car online, phoned and booked the car. Upon arrival, I was told the the online pricing and agency pricing were not the same. As I was stranded there after being dropped off by the dealership that serviced my car, I was forced to pay DOUBLE - from the R852 quoted to R1 686 that I had to pay. (For the cheapest car, for two days) After the process that took around 35 minutes (I was the only customer there - they gave me a car which radio did not work. Never offered another vehicle, just said the radio will be resolved through the course of the day with some code I needed to enter.

I honestly feel ********** and cheated and will never use them again.
