Avis the Worst Car Hire in the Universe, if they had car hire on mars, they would be the worse also

I Rented a Car from Avis on the 13 July. I paid 5000 For a holding deposit and the fee for the rental. Avis Held my funds and Dr my account for another 3000, for the rental for July

I extended my rental at sunninghill branch and paid by cheque card. Avis Dr my account again for over 3000 and did not return the Holding deposit

They took out 12000 from my account and now they are denying the fact the did so. i clearly showed them that the Money was taken from my account and sent them my bank statements. they are denying this.

I have opened a ***** case with my Bank

Please dont be fooled by going to Avis, they will take out money from your account as they please. I heard they are retrenching alot of staff. They are going under so they are *****ing from consumers

Rather use another company pay the extra cash if you have to. At lease you will not be ****** blind
