AVIS the people Not To DO business with

I would like to send a warning to all unexpected people doing business with AVIS. I rented a vehicle with Full insurance cover from them. When i handed the vehicle back the inspector mentioned that the one tyre had a small cut, but i need not to worry as i was fully covered for any damages.

Two weeks later i received a threatening message that i need to pay R 463 or i will be handed over etc. i asked them what it was for and up to now i only received an account for the mentioned amount. Next thing i got a letter threatening me with legal action etc if i did not pay immediately. Well i paid as i am only a small fish and cannot fight AVIS. But i am warning all they will pull you apart for R 463!! They don't care they don't supply proof because they are a large company bullying the customers.

Well needless to say they will never receive one cent from me and hopefully from all reading my story!
