Avis terrible terrible service

I had a rental car through my insurer Discovery in through Avis. I had to put down a R1 450 cash fuel deposit. I have been battling for almost a week to get my refund. Discovery do not use Avis I certainly won't be again. I'm very disappointed as I needed this refund back to feed my children. Sis avis!!!
