Avis Terrible Service and Rental Cars

Terrible Terrible Service! Firstly we had to wait an Hour and a half after being on time for the appoint.

Secondly how do you rent a car to a client thats dirty ! Where theres food stuck to the radios buttons, the steering wheel buttons and on the handels inside the car! We are in covid times and this is how we receive a vehicle from Avis in Polokwane! This is unacceptable. Cant they even give us a clean car! Its expected from a customer to give the car back clean but they don't live up to their own rules?
