Avis Terrible Refund Service
Who else have had a terrible experience with AVIS, Pretoria Branch. And how long does it take to get your friend.
It has been a month since I returned their car. I filled in refund forms 3 times - and to this day, they still dont know when am I getting my refund back. and worse of all, it seems the intial refund amount is reducing by the week.
