Avis terrible
Terrible "service" from Avis Stellenbosh. Joseph kept us on the line for over 12 minutes while we can here he is not resolving our issue but helping other customers. We made a booking from Stellenbosh to Bloemfontein and we are only granted 200km to travel at an additional R5 per km over 200km? How the hell does this work?!! We already paid!!
