AVIS TELLS CUSTOMER TO MAKE A PLAN

We rented a car at Avis Pretoria Downtown. When we returned the car on the day signed as per the rental agreement the branch was closed. We called the emergency line because non of the other lines were working. Emergency contact than got hold of someonebfrom the brach that told us to deliver the car at OR Tambo international airport. When the lease agreement clearly states Pretoria Downtown. We managed to get hold of another staff member & he told us that he is already making his way home and the WE THE CUSTOMERS MUST MAKE A PLAN!! IMAGINE THE NERVE!!

What irritates me is that the customer service email response does not even give a solution to how they are going to solve the issue. They inconvenienced our holiday trip because we had to leave a day later to accomodate a mistake the made. WE had to cancel all our plans for the day because of Avis!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN LET ALONE RECOMEND IT O ANYONE. NEVER USE AVIS!!!
