Avis Sunninghill car rental deposit still not refunded
Got a courtesy car via Miway from Avis on the 16th of Nov. Car was returned on the 23rd. As per their T&Cs deposit refund is done after 5 working. To date refund has not been processed. After making calls to them they indicated they would only notify the bank to release the deposit if the client calls them. That is going against their T&Cs. Deposit should be released in said time with no hassles. This is a true **** being run by Avis. Please refund my deposit urgently. E*** rental agreement
