AVIS SUCKS!

I wish I could give a -10.

I have been struggling with Avis to get my car fixed since 20 March. This is after one of their customers drove into me and damaged my whole back. No one answers the phone half of the time, every time I have had to be the one to follow up or phone. When they eventually answer there is always an excuse and another document they need. No one ever calls me to ask me for this. Apparently there is also only one person working at Avis Claims, Phumzile Nhlapo. No one can every answer my questions and refers to her. On a good day you will get an answer after phoning 20 times.
