Avis stole R11 232 from me due to typing mistake!

Avis Car Rental stole R11 232 from me.

Avis debited my account due to a typing mistake of a Reg number by one of their agents. Avis admitted to the mistake but I am still waiting for my refund 9 weeks later.

The agent of Avis in East London made a mistake of the last letter of a registration number which matched the registration number of my vehicle and I got debited for someone else' rental.

All kind of excuses to do my refund!
