Avis stole money from my credit card

I recently used a rental car through insurance while my car was in for repairs. I had to give my credit card to the Avis person who dropped my car off for a deposit which I was supposed to get back on rerun of the vehicle provided I returned it with a full tank. I returned the car with a full tank. <br> <br> I noticed this morning that AVIS have taken R215.98 out of my account. I do not know what this is for and I regard it as theft. I am investigating what I need to do about it.<br> <br> I vow and declare never to use avis again and to spread the word of this as far and wide as I can. It is not that amount that is important. It is the principle. <br> <br> You bunch of scoundrels.
