AVIS *****S YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT OFFER A SERVICE

I am so disappointed with the service i have received, I bought a vehicle from ford and when i purchased it the dealer did a 15000km service on my car and it was only 8000km. I didnt think much of it as i was sure these professionals knew what they are doing. Now my card had to go in for it's 80000km service and they are refusing to do it indicating that they have to do a 100000km service even though my car is only on 75000km. I never said they should be forward and stamp my book for a service that my car didn't need. I am also paying for a optimum service plan that only expires in Dec 2018 and still they refuse to do my service. I don't know what mickey mouse company this is but i will never buy a ford again and the fact that you ripping people off making them pay for a service and not doing their service is ridiculous. So i want to know the manager of the department to call me back immediately as your *****ing my money and not offering me a service.
