AVIS *****s your money!!!!

When I bought my vehicle, I was sold a Avis Service & Maintenance plan. I ensured that I kept up with all my services as it was covered. I phoned Avis, and ensured that I am covered for my 120 000 kilo service. As a woman driver I will be honest in saying that I have no idea about anything on my vehicle. So today when the car went for the service, Avis refused to pay for my clutch to be replaced due to the fact that my kilo's is 120 253km! When I bought the plan, I was told that I have 500km leadway should I go over the kilo's. Now their excuse is that I should have mentioned the clutch to the person when I booked the service, as I booked the service before I reached 120 000 km's! The plan is for 120 000km's and they are paying for the service, but refused to pay for the maintenance as that is covered up to 120 000km, nothing over that????????? THIS DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE!!!!??????? Don't even mention the fact that I had to hold on for over 40minutes, then phone back again, as you are just not getting any answers!!?? DO NOT BUY A AVIS SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE PLAN, THEY STEEL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
