Avis South Africa **** traffic fines

Service when collecting was great. However, struggled to get refund as the branch did not provide the department with bank details and nobody contacted me..had to follow up myself after 10 days Then when I received the refund I suddenly got a traffic fine on a day and time I was not even driving the car or near the location of the traffic fine. The car cant even drive over 130km. Now have to pay a R405 admin fee for a **** traffic fine (no proof provided) of R125. Just *****ing my money.

Dear Avis,

Fine was transferred to my name but still no image available. Like I said..I was not in Pretoria / Midrand at the time or date of the infringement. The car was parked at home the entire day. There will be no imgae because I never left Preroria with the car.
