Avis shady dealings on holding deposit

The rental Company will not advise on how the holding deposit is administered and when and how it is due to me.the customer care manager was short and not helpful. He insisted the company would not be in a position to provide me with statements that showthat tthe holding deposit was indeed returned to my account.He sais the once the rental is authorised it falls off the system. Secondly on . Dec. 28 a lady named shenice authorised payment of 5.8k on my account for lease till Jan 10. On Jan 19 after the car was returned they took another 6k. How is this even possible? ?? <br> <br> I have called the bank, a visit and set with my bank keep going thru my bank statements. There are no increases of available balance on my statements. <br> <br> I am really stressed out and at my wits end with avis. I really don't understand what is happening. This is my money. And If it's refundable why haven't i gotten it back. Granton hid behind unnecessary jargon when all i really wanted was to know where this refund is. <br> <br> Please help<br>
