highly disappointed in the service received by Avis rentals Rivonia branch.

It has been over a month and I have still not received my deposit back.

When I call in I am endlessly transferred from one person to another with no assistance.

I spoke to Abraham, one of the agents yesterday who assured me the amount would be released yesterday and it still has not been done.

I am failing to understand what the issue is as no one can even tell me if there is an issue.

Again I am on the phone with Nomsa another agent who has yet again transferred me when I specifically asked her not to because once I am transferred I am never assisted.

Worst service received, I definitely do not recommend.
