Avis Secunda branch service bad

I called Avis call center for a quote on car rental, I got a price of R2400, I then said I will call back because I wanted to confirm if secunda branch has the car I am looking to rent. The lady kept on saying she can not promise me any car except i10, I told her I am looking for group B car, ford fiesta preferably. She said they have but she can not guarantee that I will get it. I told her it is fine and asked how much will it be from 22 Dec till 28 Dec, without even checking on the system she said it will be R4000.00 plus R2000 deposit. She asked where will I be travelling to? Am I not going to do long distance trips etc which I feel it is inappropriate because the only time I can declare is if I am going out of SA borders. Strangely her quote is different from call center quote and I feel it was all because she did not want to assist me. I called call centre back and made a booking with them, quote of R2400 was still confirmed and processed. my worry now is collection of the vehicle, the lady might give me more attitude and deliberately say the car I prefer is not available.
