Avis Secunda Branch is reaping clients off

I hired a car with the seconds branch and the consultant didn’t give me a check list and upon returning the car the branch I returned the car to said it had bad repairs which were noted during collection so now they threaten to blacklist because they don’t want to acknowledge the error from their branch.. the did the same to my wife but luckily she found a check list from a previous renter that showed the damages on the car they gave her.
