Avis ****s!!!!

********, I hired a vehicle on the 1st 9f August until the 20th. When I returned the vehicle after having it washed and full tank the inspectors notified me of a small dent that you couldn't even see and made mention that maybe someone bumped into me..I declared on the inspection papers that I wasn't aware if the supposed dent until it was showed to me and I left. A week in a get an sms that I have been charged R6533 for it and I email with no response. 3 days later I get an invoice and I ha e been charged for this dent and amazingly it costs more than my rental. Avis is a **** and I see a lot of people are complaining for the same thing. I need a breakdown to see what was fixed they can't go around ******** us out of our money...now I'm amiable to pay 12K how absurd is that
