Avis sandton worse service

The worst car hire company I have seen that has staff and ******* that won’t account for anything. I drop a car in Avis Sandton were I left my cologne in the glove box, I was told the car was sent to or Tambo airport but they did find my car key that I left, all of the sudden I get feedback that they don’t have it.
