AVIS - SANDTON GAUTRAIN

I recieved the most dissapointing service from Avis in Sandton Gautrain. 1.The staff are rude and abrupt. 2.They dont follow up with a client - total lack of communication from even their supervisior. Good company but unfortunately poor service is going to let the down. Please address this with the staff there
