Avis Sandton are ******.

I hired a car online on the 14th of December 2018 and when i went to pick it up at Avis sandton branch i was told i cant take it with as my drivers is less than a year old so they will cancel the booking, 5 days later they deducted R402 and they said it was for a non cancellation fee which i don't understand because they said they were gonna cancel on their side then 3 days later another R402 again for the same thing , i have sent them more than 5 emails but they choose to ignore me i even called them and they said they were gonna investigate but till today i am still awaiting feedback.
