AVIS Salespeople are ****mers

Avis please take note of what yours salas person are doing to customers, I bought a car from AVIS Centurion and was told everything/ repair done on the car was BMW approved, but when I take the car to BMW, they said the windscreen is not BMW approved, when I tell them what BMW is saying they are not willing to assist me get what i was promised am getting when buying the car, which is BMW approved parts. am just told windscreen are changed by avis rent car which is out of topic and not helping.
