Avis ruined our holiday

My family came from overseas and paid for their car in full 3 months before collection. We came to collect the car and they refused to give it to us because of a made up policy. The Avis booking was on my Uncle's name and he was named as the main driver, but my Aunty (his wife) paid for the booking with her credit card as hers was international. Now my uncle had his license and passport and everything for them but they refused to give the car because my Aunty paid for it and didn't have her license in the country. She wasn't planning to drive and her name wasn't mentioned anywhere in the booking. The only thing is that she paid. Now she treated us with disrespect and even called security when we asked to see the terms and conditions where it says that the person who paid must present their license, even though their name is not mentioned in the booking or as the driver. Now when we went for the third time, they **** to us again and told us that we didn't pay at all! And again called security for no reason and just stated that they don't want to help us. When we asked them to at least help us get a refund, they just ignored us and the security continued to push us out. And they told us to book elsewhere! It was the most disgusting experience in my life and extremely humiliating. Now we didn't have a car to travel in South Africa. Wouldn't recommend Avis to anybody or use their services again!
