Avis Roodepoort parasites

It has been four working days, i am still pleading and begging Avis to return my deposit + rental amount up to R10951.00 they clearly don't intend to return my money. I am running my Absa account on -5k+ currently. My debit orders are bouncing, my company website is about to be locked and my credit profile is at stake to drop. Why Avis? Why?

I paid you in full before even taking your car keys for 8 months, and you still took you rental amount and not return my deposit either... pushed me to buy my own vehicle, now why clean my account? What you are doing is ********** and not aligned with the law. Return my money please. You are treating me with insensitivity and carelessness that businesses on your magnitude should not possess.

As you prolong returning my money, i am hoping that you realize that ...i am also contemplating lawsuit against you. Any law firm out there...please assist me.
