Avis Roodepoort paracites

My experience with Avis Roodepoort has been nothing but bitter and salty. I feel violated and abused as they are freestyling in my Absa account via my cheque card. I pay them over the counter, swipe for a rental, subsequently they run a POS transaction as if i never paid them. It becomes my process to get my money back which they always take **********ly as all my rentals are paid upfront in full. They are still paraciting my account with no mercy even though i returned their vehicle way before due date. I have addressed this matter with them for over six months until today they hold my money with no intentions to return, pushing into debt and overdraft costs.
