AVIS ROBED ME!!

Hired a small vehicle (NISSAN MICRA)for 3 days. We used 64 Kilometers. WE were charged R4566 /1478 kilometers THAT WE DID NOT DRIVE!!! You do not answer my emails, or calls. I feel its very unprofessional They say its under investigation that takes 3 days.... We now on day 17. I want a response and i want this sorted out. This is unacceptable for you to do this to your Customers. I am going to spread the word on all social media platforms untill i get answers AVIS CAR RENTAL CAPE TOWN AIRPORT. Very unhappy customer.
