Avis Rivonia Branch Selling Damaged Car

I bought a car at Avis Rivonia branch June 2021 at 35000 mileage. After driving for a week the brake pads were finished I had to go to change them , wipers finished seat rails were full of rust, The gears of the car are difficult to change I even reported the case to the dealer were I almost had an accident because of this issue. The left hand doors are not aligned sometimes the left rare door doesn't not lock which pose much fear of loosing my belonging in the car and car as well . After two months I realise that the car was resprayed It have two colours I asked Mr GRIFFIES SEWELE (sale representative ) at Rivonia branch for an exchange he refuse and accuse me of respraying the car at tell me to trade in the car.

I feel like Avis is not treating me well as a young lady. I am even scared to drive my car to the shopping centre and work due to fear of loosing my car and belongings
