AVIS *********** people

becarefull next time your insurance arranges a car for you with AVIS car rental from Pretoria Central. My insurance arranged a car for me with it in good faith, first of all they did not get the car ready as promised and i ha to wait for close to an hour just to get a car then i had to to wait another 30 minutes for it to be fueled, talk about unprofessional conduct as it was still not that clean either. when it can to returning the car arrangements where made for it to be collected from the panelbeaters (which is normal practice) and this was Friday 8 November 2019. was the car collected no it was not and this seems to be their standard practice! this car was left in a good condition as it was collected. Monday 11th of November 2019 i get a call that the car has a slow puncture, ***! bull dust. when i asked why is the car only being picked up only on Monday instead of Friday as arranged i am told they were busy, ***, that is none of my business, what kind of business are the running! Now they want to put the blame on me, for the ***** up! a week later im told the damages will cost R1329.67 please tell me which tyre is that, is it from heaven? these companies are out there to rip you off, take your money an never take any blame for their issues. i will not take this lying down!
