Avis Rental Worst Service

Avis service is the terrible not only have I experience an unclean car on the inside at their East London branch , after renting a car with them fully paid on my booking and once I delivered the car ...72 hours later they had not returned my deposit, in fact it's 3 days and another 4 days. I have never seen such incompetence and lack of remorse for putting a customer through such bad service.
