AVIS RENTAL BIGGEST **********

Avis just took R4600 from out account after we returned the vehicle on the 26th of October. When phoned we were told they mistakenly took the money and will refund however now no one is responding to our emails or phone calls. We even phoned our bank FNB and they are not even interested in assisting us. Please can someone just give us out money back it is a lot of money of you did not budget for it Rental agreement no: ***
