AVIS Rent a Car - Airport Industria

On the 25th of August 2025 I made a refundable deposit for a rental car at Avis Airport industria, Anthony brought the car on the 25th of August and once my claim was finalized Anthony came to collect the car on the 4th of September. We were told after 15 days the refund would be finalized. We have been following up since and each time I make contact with Avis they say the payment has been processed. I emailed Matshepo Mabusela on September 23rd as well and the response was "Please note the refund has been processed and should reflect in the next 3-5 working days or earlier." Till today I still haven't received any refund it's been double the time they advised it would be. It was easy to accept my payment when they brought the car but now it's a hassle to get my money back after they confirmed everything checks out and I would be refunded.
